About Us

Today, I want to share a piece of my story, a journey that has been my source of inspiration and strength. It all began in the year 2020, in the midst of the unfortunate process we all had to go through. Despite the challenges, I decided to embark on a dream that has now become a beautiful reality. This journey has taught me that from crises, truly, opportunities arise.

I am Juliet Ramirez, originally from La Plata, Huila, Colombia. Like many, I came to the United States with hopes of progress. I grew up in a home with limited resources but rich in values. This experience taught me that it doesn't matter where we come from, but where we want to go. From a very young age, I felt deep within me that I was destined for something more, and even though we barely had enough for a simple shampoo at home, I never told my mother so as not to make her suffer. I was sure that there was a world of possibilities out there, and I began to dream.

It all started when I was a child with a cousin (Rocío) at her farm. I vividly remember how we would together prepare what was meant to be a "Shampoo" with leaves from a plant called Gonche and a bit of rosemary (Hahaha!). Then, with great excitement, we gave it to the girl who helped out with chores at her house.

When we asked for her testimony, she obviously told us it was a disaster because the shampoo got ruined. Now, that was organic!

Despite that comical and failed attempt, it is in those childhood moments where I feel my love for hair care was born. Who would have imagined that those early experiments at my cousin's farm would be the foundation of my career in the world of beauty.

Even though many people doubted my ambitions, I dedicated myself to formal training in my professional career. After many challenging situations, I entered the world of beauty and fell in love with this profession. Every day, I leave a mark in every job I do in my salon and in the lives of the people around us.

We continue to grow and strive to reach our goals and fulfill our dreams. I acknowledge that when God places a desire in you, it's because you have the ability to achieve it, and there's nothing that can stop you from fulfilling it. From not even having enough for a simple shampoo, now I have my own company. All of this, I thank God and dedication for.

Juliet Ramirez Hair Studio is not just me. It's my four children, of whom I am deeply proud and grateful. It's also my team and each of you with whom we share the experience of seeing you smile.

Every day, as I look back, I feel deep gratitude for the path I have traveled. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth and every achievement, a reminder that dreams can come true if we work with determination and faith.

Thank you for being part of my story and for allowing me to be part of yours. Together, we are a testament to the fact that opportunities arise from crises and that with faith and effort, we can achieve everything we dream of.
