Terms of service

1) Rules on arrival time: To avoid uncomfortable situations and respect the time of our clients and our staff, We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Those clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, will unfortunately not be attended. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2) Cancellation Policy: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events will occur. If you need to cancel an appointment, we only require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. To maintain the normal operation of our salon, those clients who cancel an appointment with less than 2 hours notice will be charged a surcharge of  50% of the service fee for the next appointment.

3) Regulation about forgotten appointments: In case of missing a your appointment without prior notice , you will not be allowed to rebook an appointment unless you pay 100% in advance del value of the next reserved service. Thanks.

4) Right to refuse a service: Our employees have the right to refuse to provide services to anyone for any reason such as misconduct, head lice, skin infections, open wounds etc. or any health condition that may affect the effectiveness of the service.

5) It is recommended not to bring children: To guarantee an efficient, calm and safe service for all our clients, we strongly recommend that you avoid bringing children to the room Keep in mind that in our establishment chemical products are used that could cause irritations or allergies in children. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and relaxing environment for all of our clients.
