In case it isn't, our return process is super easy!
How do I make a return?
You have a maximum of 15 days after purchasing the product to make a return, packages that exceed that time will not be accepted
You can return the items only if they are damaged due to lack of care by the transport company, due to an error when ordering it or due to an error in the shipment, the gshipping costs will be deducted from the refund $7.99
How todo it?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable:
Empty or semi-empty products, rfree gifts will not be returned or exchanged

Please ship to the address that will be provided on the return label
Be sure not to include products that were not purchased on the Juliet Hair Studio website. We will not be responsible for shipping back
If you return a product that does not qualify within the policy we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee
Refund!
For products returned according to the policy we will process with 7 business days after receiving the package and the return will be made to the same payment method with which the purchase was made
The original shipping costs will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding us
